You’re sooo not alone. In your 20s, it’s easy to feel uncertain and overwhelmed by the many transitions and rediscoveries you move through. And since how you do one thing is how you do everything, anxiety in one area of your life can begin to affect every other area—from your career to your relationships, and even your sense of self-worth.

Introducing Root Cause Healing

This 8-week program is specifically designed for women in their 20s who are anxious about where they are in their lives and who are looking for deeper, professional support - as well as a community of like-minded souls. 

​

Whether you’re feeling anxious about your career, relationships, or self-confidence, each week of this program is tailored to address a specific area of life, helping you get to the root cause so you can clear ALL the blocks in ALL categories.

Weekly Topics

Week 1: Letting Go of Comparison

  • Realigning Social Media Use: Learn to use social media in a balanced way, and free yourself from the trap of comparing your journey to others online. 

  • Navigating Comparison within Conversation: Learn to remain balanced and non-judgemental when faced with comparison out in the real world to - foster authentic self-acceptance and celebrate your unique journey.

Week 2: Self-Esteem and Body Confidence

  • Cultivating a Healthy Self-Image: Discover tools and practices to build a healthy relationship with authenticity and realign your concept of self. 

  • Confronting Body-Image: Truly face your relationship with your body and learn to release and let go of unhealthy expectations, while learning to embrace your most healthy self.

Week 3: Financial Peace and Money Magic

  • Releasing Limiting Belief Around Abundance: We all pick up mindsets around money, and they inform how we interact with this energetic currency, together we will uncover the deeper money blocks to clear them. 

  • Developing a Positive Relationship with Money: Gain insights and strategies to cultivate a positive mindset around money and create trust in your financial wellbeing.

Week 4: Career and Impact

  • Aligning Your Career with Your Passions and Purpose: Explore your passions and align your career with your authentic purpose to foster a more fulfilling professional life.

  • Making Income Through Impact: Tap into your service-based desires and discover the methods through which you feel called to use your gifts and foster personal abundance at the same time. 

Week 5: Relationship Rewire

  • Healing and Strengthening Relationships: Reframe and balance your connections with friends, family, and romantic partners to foster healthier and more meaningful relationships.

  • Letting Go of Messy Past Relationships to Call in New: Truly release the ties that bind to people in your past so you can welcome in new, aligned platonic and romantic relationships.

Week 6: Grieving the Past Versions of Ourselves

  • Letting Go of the Need to Protect Your Younger Self: Rediscover the parts of yourself that are stuck reliving past experiences, and bring them back to this present moment to be healed. 

  • Embracing Change and Growth: Welcome in the energy of newness, and set the foundation for deep change to take place.

Week 7: Releasing Anxiety and Fear of the Unknown

  • Clearing Lingering Anxiety: Find and erase any left over anxious thoughts and limiting beliefs pertaining to creating a life in alignment and facing the unknowns of adulthood. 

  • Embracing Surrender: Learn to surrender and find peace in uncertainty, allowing you to welcome new possibilities with excitement and curiosity rather than fear.

Week 8: Aligning with Your Highest Self

  • Connecting with Your True Self: Meet and uncover the truth of your being without limiting beliefs holding you back from seeing your raw authenticity. 

  • Becoming HER: Learn how to fully embody the version of yourself that is fully aligned, balanced, and living out your dream life. We are bridging timelines baby!

What's Included

  • 8 Live 90-Minute Sessions: Weekly sessions designed to provide tangible support and guidance within a safe community.

  • Lifetime Access to Recordings and Materials: The ability to revisit and reinforce your learning with lifetime access to all recordings and materials.

​

  • Group Forum/Community: Opportunity to engage with a supportive community of like-minded women: sharing experiences, insights, tears, and laughs.

​

  • Examples of Tools used in Session: Guided meditation, visualization, narrative-based counseling, relational counseling, mindfulness techniques, EFT tapping, energy clearing, boundary setting, chakra activations, and more!

  • Doors Close: Wednesday September 18th - 5pm EST

  • Start Date: Monday September 23rd

  • Sessions: 90 minutes, live on Zoom

  • Group Size: up to 10 - 12 women (exclusive and intimate)

  • Recordings: Available for all sessions

  • Community: Group forum for ongoing support, sharing, and resources
